Quote intake for wholesale & industrial buying teamsPublic beta

Turn supplier mail into quotes
your desk can actually use

Forward offer emails to QuotesHub. We extract line items from PDFs and spreadsheets and line them up with your catalog—so buyers compare and decide, not retype.

  • No change for suppliers—they keep your current addresses
  • You pay for quote volume, not seat licenses

The layer between your inbox and a clean quote list

  • You stay in the driver's seat. Vendors keep emailing the addresses they already use; you forward when you want a quote captured.
  • We structure the mess. Attachments and pasted tables become rows—with suggested matches to your SKUs, visible only to your team.

Not a supplier portal. Not a replacement for your ERP—just the step that turns mail into data your buyers can work with.

Built for wholesale, distribution, and industrial procurement—not consumer retail.

Your inbox was never meant to be a system of record

  • Offers land as PDFs, Excel files, and long threads—not sortable rows you can filter or compare.
  • Someone retypes into Excel, or forwards a thread that's missing half the context—and the clock keeps ticking.

What changes with QuotesHub

  • Compare offers as data, not as a stack of attachments on your screen.
  • Uncertain catalog matches wait in review—so you never get a wrong SKU slipped in quietly.
  • One place for the desk: inbox, review, products, and expiries in a single workflow.

Built for how buying desks really work

A single intake address

Every forwarded offer lands in one team inbox—nothing lost in personal mailboxes.

Automatic line extraction

We read PDFs, Excel, and the body of the email and turn them into line items you can sort and filter.

Catalog matching you can trust

Clear matches go through automatically. Everything else gets a short review queue with suggestions—not a blind guess.

Data that stays yours

Your quotes and pricing never mix with another customer's environment.

From forward to finished in four steps

You forward the offer

Supplier mail goes to your QuotesHub address. We deduplicate so the same delivery doesn't create duplicate quotes.

We extract the lines

Attachments and message text become structured rows. If something fails, we retry—we don't drop the quote.

We match your catalog

High-confidence lines are accepted automatically. The rest land in review with SKU suggestions for a quick human check.

You run the desk

Work inbox and review, watch products and expiries, then export or hand off when you're ready—all in one place.

Your suppliers don't have to change a thing

They keep writing to the inboxes they use today. You choose which threads to forward into QuotesHub—no vendor training, no new portal on their side.

Plans that follow your volume, not your headcount

We price on processed quotes and active suppliers—because that's how wholesale teams plan, not "how many logins do I need?" Public beta: pick a tier, subscribe, and go—no private waitlist.

Questions, answered

Do suppliers have to send mail to QuotesHub?

No. They keep using your team's normal email addresses. You forward (or otherwise send) messages into QuotesHub when you want them captured and structured.

What is a processed quote? What is an active supplier?

A processed quote is an inbound message we accept and turn into line items in your account. An active supplieris one you've received a quote from within the rolling window your plan uses. Limits describe workload—not how many people log in.

Are prices including VAT—and where does ERP fit?

Prices on this page are excluding VAT; tax and the final total appear at checkout before you pay. AFAS and Exact Online integrations are offered on Scale only, as scoped projects. We're in public beta: the product is live and paid, and we may adjust behaviour, limits, or pricing with notice where we're required to.
